Position:                             Fulfillment Manager

Reports to:                         VP Ops

Position Summary

The manager is responsible for managing the entire work flow from order entry to billing.  Specifically, management and leadership of the following work functions:  management of General Inventory, Fulfillment Inventory, Custom Kitting & Assembly, Shipping and/or receipts of inventory in compliance with all Fulfillment Services procedures and Lahlouh’s receiving standards.

  • Creation and management of the work flow process
  • Automating and integrating the work flow process
  • Training & implementation
  • Documentation
  • Process improvement
  • Enhance job ticket accuracy
  • Inventory system
  • Collaborate with IT for infrastructure, tech. and platform (software and hardware) decisions.
  • Ensures that we establish, implement, and maintain appropriate processes and procedures needed for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
  • Promotes awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.



Candidates must have a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality methodologies with at least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.  A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business is required (or a combination of applicable coursework and experience). Candidates must be strategic, diligent, resourceful, organized, and able to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are very important. Good presentation skills are expected. Experience working with some combination of cGMP, SPC, six sigma, lean manufacturing, ISO 14000 Environmental, etc. is a plus.
